Outlook 2002 Sp3 MS XP Pro. I would like to have a Macro to automatically handle my Junk mail. My ISP has an address to which I send all junk mail .. not sure if it really helps .. but at least it makes me feel better. All I need is a way to automate the FORWARD to a specific address and then DELETE the item. Sounds easy but in Outlook 2002 there is no way to generate this using keystrokes alone. I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks in advance David

I'm the organizer of a meeting and invited only required attendees. However, when one of the attendees printed out the meeting request, it showed several optional attendees. I never selected optional attendees. Why did that happen?
  • 3. Outlook Saving Calendar as a web page
I can save as a web page, but when there are several months, you have to keep hitting the "back" arrow in IE Explorer to get out of the calendar, is there a way to put an exit or back to home button in the calendar before or after it has been converted to a web page?
  • 4. my sent email does not appear in my email box
when i sent or reply or forward emails, they are sent but not saved in the sent items emails. When I make a search on a forward email, I find all sent emails related to this subject but they are not saved on the Sent Items. I uncheck the option "in folders other than inbox, save replies with original message". i checked in message handling "save copies of messages on reply or forward". I switched "Filter" to Off. More amazing is that all my faxes that I have sent through the software "Winfax 10.2" are not saved in the Send Log, but well sent. I did not have this problem before and this has occurred to me only today and get no more sent email or sent fax saved in my files. Anybody can help

How to make the Contacts on a Pocket PC Phone default to Business Contacts Manager contacts

Postby Charlie » Mon, 10 Dec 2007 05:46:56 GMT

I am running MS Outlook 2007 with Business Contacts Manager. I also have
a Pocket PC phone which I sync with Outlook.

Currently, my personal contacts in Outlook are synced to the default
contacts in the phone. If I want to look at the BCM contacts in the
phone, I have to go to Start -> Business Contacts.

I would like to have the contacts from Business Contacts Manager be the
default contacts in the phone, so when I go to dial a contact, the list
of contacts are those from BCM, not my personal contacts.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks.

I would like to sync my PDA (PocketPC) with the contacts inside the BCM

5.Business Contact Manager - Pocket PC = Total Lunacy

What kind of idiots work at Microsoft that wold release a business
tool like "Business Contact Manager" and NOT let it synch up to a
Pocket PC. Is the friggin' Outlook Team working out of a cave or
what? The management structure for Outlook should be immediately
reorganized for this decision.
