Hi, I just started using Outlook 2000 and am trying to find a way to automatically have Outlook use both email addresses that I have listed in a single person's contact info without having to manually select both email addresses when I create messages to this person. Is this possible. If so, how do you do it? Also, is there a way to have Outlook display the full email addresses in the "From" portion of incoming emails in the preview window or in the main list of emails in my inbox? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Joe

Our company has an intercompany email system using outlook 2000. It was set up years ago and I wasn't involved in the setup. I need to add a new mailbox to our server and delete some old mailboxes. I cannot find a way to do this. Help! Chris .

I can't figure out how to see images (jpg, gif) in the preview pane. The only option I seem to have is to open them in another program.

I am unwittingly sending an attachment gif each time I send a mess

I am unwittingly sending an attachment gif each time I send a message.
Finally my sister asked what is the stupid 001.gif supposed to mean. I
looked at my sent messages and it is in each message located as an attachment
to open, under the subject line.
I have double checked all my e-mail settings options, defaults, etc. When
I send an e-mail I cannot see the attachment. I even turned off my
signature. I am annoying all of my contacts. I don't have that many to
spare. Can anyone help me?
