see if the date is iserted in the footer of page (file>print>page setup>header/footer) if so simply delete it from the left section of the footer
Hi There, Thanks for your reply! I had tried removing the date from the header/footer window but unfortunately that didn't solve the problem. I shut down outlook after I made the changes to the ehader and footer then opened it up again but it didn't resolve the problem. This one has me stumped. Jack
I had already tried this but unfortunately it didn't help. Jack
Did you ever get a resolution to this? I am having the same problem. Thanks. -- Marilyn Yarbrough

I will continue to look for a resolution, and if I find one, I'll let you know. -- Marilyn Yarbrough

2.How to remove bottom date stamp when printing HTML emails in Outlo
I am using Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5606). When I print HTML emails, a date stamp is automatically placed at the bottom left corner of the page. I need to print a group of HTML emails without the date stamped on them but Microsoft does not have a feature to disable this date stamp in Outlook. I have tried printing them in RTF but it does not remove the date stamp. I have removed all date footers in print styles but I have learned that HTML emails are printed out through a HTML rendering engine that is built into Outlook's program, so it may be that there is no way to remove the bottom date stamp short of revising the program's source code. I don't know if any service packs or newer versions have resolved this issue. Any guidance from an expert is appreciated.

5.Disabling current date field within footer of HTML .MSG print outs
I am batch printing a large volume of HTML formatted .MSG files and wish to disable the current date appearing within the footer section of each print out. Is anyone aware of how to tweak Outlook to suppress such? Is there a customized print style template I can create which Outlook could use for such a task... Any assistance would be much appreciated. Ja
