BCM isn't easily customizable. If you're familiar with custom forms in Outlook it is possible to customize the territories, but it isn't supported by Microsoft. -- Patricia Cardoza Outlook MVP Author - Special Edition Using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 REP'S NAME AS THE TERRITORY?
1.Converting Contacts to Business Contacts in Outlook 2003 with Business Contact M
I am running Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager loaded. I have imported all of my Outlook 2000 stuff into Outlook 2003. Is there a way to convert an Outlook contact into a Business Contact one at a time or to choose several Outlook contacts at one time (all of my contacts are not business contacts) to convert to Business contacts? What I'de like not to do is to either a) import the whole file into Business Manager or b) have to retype all of my contacts who are also business contacts. Thanks. JRB

We use Windows Amall Business Server 2003, and I have Outlook 2003 with BCM installed. I followed the intructions and installed the update as well. I can create the new Profile and link the BCM database and setup my Exchange email account. Now, when I start Outlook and setect my new profile, I am told that BCM has been disabled, as it cannot coexist with Exchange. If that is true what is the patch all about? Can I not use BCM if I am running Exchange on Small Business Server 2003? Any help would be appreciated!
