I put the sound on the site but cannot hear anything? I think it is in my Windows Media Player as a word file instead of sound? How do you get it right? thanks, E.T.
  • 3. How to create unchanging order form Web Pages with Publisher?
Using Publisher 2003 to create a Web Site. The single-line text boxes in the Order Form page migrate to the middle and bottom of the page when viewed in the Web Page Preview mode. What causes this and how can it be remedied? What I see in Publisher is not what I get when previewing the Web Page.
  • 4. Drop down list & links
I'm trying to get a drop down list created that jumps to a new webpage when the selection is made. I've been able to do this in standard html coding with javascript to control the command for the choice, and the <form><select> form setup. I can't get the javascript to work in the Publisher html code though, so the drop down list works fine, but when an item is selected nothing happens. Is there anything I can do to make this work in Publisher? Thanks in advance!

when I try to insert scrolling text when trying to add sound it says that it
was created HTMLInlineSoundCTL and that I should check to see if application
has been properly installed and has not been deleted or moved How do I do
this?

You might get a faster response if you posted this under a Word newsgroup.

3.Word doc Saved as Web Page won't print from web

I have been maintaining my parents webpage by saving a document as a Web Page
in Word 2000, and then posting it to AOL. My parents now bought Word 2003
(11.5604.5606) to maintain this themselves, however, after they save and post
the document, no one can print it from Internet Explorer. I have tried
posting their document, but same problem. They can post my Word 2000
document, and it prints. I cannot find anything in the HTML source that is
generated from Word 2003 that would prohibit printing, but then I an not an
HTML expert.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Dean

5.WHY WON'T MY "SCROLL" WORK ON WEB TOOL?

I don't know how to fix the problem with the "sound" and "scroll" option on
the Web Toolbar. The message say,"This object was created in
HTMLInlineSoundCtl. This application is not avaiable to open this object.
Make sure the application is properly installed and that it has not been
deleted, moved, or renamed." The error message for the "scroll" is pretty
much the same.

If you can help me fix this I will greatly appreciate it.
