Hello, As suggested in the knowledge base, my junk mails are no more put directly into the junk box, it happens only if none of my filters match the new mail's content, and if the calculated junk score is over 50... everything works fine, junk mails are thrown where they should be, but in my statistics, junk mails are no more counted... have you got a solution for this ? i m using the windows version of eudora 6.2, paid mode cheers Pierre JOLY -- Using Opera's revolutionary e-mail client: http://www.**--****.com/

I have Eudora v5.1.1 with the PGPfreeware v6.5.8 plug-in installed. OS is Win98SE This works fine for encryption using the PGP 'Encrypt and Sign' option with either 'Current Window' or 'Clipboard' selected but when it comes to decrypting incoming messages any attempt to decrypt in 'Current Window' results in an error message 'Found no PGP information in the clipboard' [Clipboard is of course not the selection so I'm at a loss to understand why this message is appearing]. If I do copy the PGP encrypted text to the clipboard however and then select the 'Clipboard' option in PGP I am able to retrieve the original plaintext message. Is this a known bug? If there is a 'fix' I'd be grateful if someone would point me to it. It's not an install problem as I heve the same set-up on three machines - all with the same result. David Hamer - 2. I have 3 personalities, which help in sorting incoming mail. With rare exceptions, I want the From address on outgoing mail to be the <Dominant> personality account. This has always been true, until yesterday, when it started using the 3rd personality account. I know I must have done something to switch it, but I can't figure it out, and I can't find any way to make <Dominant> the default again. Help. Dick. - 3. rebuild mail box

If you're automatically junking the messages, your filters have nothing to do with it. Messages with a high enough score are going to get junked regardless of what is in your filters because automatic junking happens before the other filters. You want the junk mail to count in your statistics and it isn't being counted? Try turning off automatic junking and doing your junking with a filter that looks at the junk score. Put it at the top of your list of filters and be sure to include "skip rest" as an action if you don't want the messages to get to your other filters. -- Katrina

Please answer me in plain English. I am very bad at PC terminology. I cannot read from where my junk mail comes. The "from" and "subject" information on many, not all, junk mail is blank.
What happens to mail in Junk Mail folder when I hit the "Not Junk Mail" button? I THOUGHT it would mark it as o.k....but, I see that I should have hit the "Mark as Safe" button....Soooo, what happened to the mail that has now disappeared when I hit the "not Junk mail" button?
