Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

This is really not a Eudora problem (I don't think), but with all the
knowledgeable people here I figured someone would know the answer. I get
email from two different people that is often time incomplete. I find the
following in the headers:
X-Mailer: EarthLink MailBox 2004.1.42.0 (Windows)
iPlanet-SMTP-Warning: Lines longer than SMTP allows found and truncated.
What causes this problem? How can it be fixed? Anything wrong in Eudora on
my end? Thanks.

Please excuse me if this shows up in multiple forms. I'm really having
problems getting Agent to post properly lately and am experimenting with
different methods of posting.

This is telling you that your messages have lines in them that are long
enough that they exceed the SMTP server's limit. Perhaps you've turned
wrapping off in Eudora and are sending messages where whole paragraphs
have no carriage return/line feeds in them?
Check your setting at Tools | options | composing to make sure word wrap
is turned on. If you really want it off for some reason, you should hit
the enter key as needed so that your lines end approppriately. (Seeing
long lines wrap when displayed on the screen is not the same as having the
lines actually end.)

Thanks Katrina. I've told the senders to check for word wrap, but they say
they can't find that feature, and since they are not using Eudora, I can't
tell them where to look. I mainly wanted to make sure that the problem
wasn't with some setting on my end.
