I have created a table with muliple rows and columns. The table is a list of steps for people to follow. There are ten category rows, and each category has numerous steps in rows below it. My problem is the following: I would like to enable "Repeat Header Rows" for those category rows whose steps continue onto additional pages. However, Word 2007 only recognizes the top category row ("Collaboration") as a header. The other category rows must only be viewed by Word as simple rows, and thus I cannot instruct Word to repeat them across other pages. "Collaboration" is the only header row that repeats from page to page, but there are nine other category rows, so this isn't what I want to accomplish. So my question is this: How can I assign a header value to those table rows that I want Word to continue as labels on the top of other pages? Actually, I would like to assign header values to all category rows, whether or not their sub-categories continue across multiple pages. I know have my TOC - book marks are moved - I have edit the TOC outside of my document. When i view the TOC document in print view it looks good. When I print it the message prints. Can I print the TOC and get the "Error! Bookmark not defined" somehow without recreating all the book marks?? For some reason, no screentips are showing up in my ruler. They show up fine for toolbar buttons etc. but nothing happens with the margins, the indentation sliders etc. Screentips are turned on in both the Options dialogue box and the Customize dialogue box. THANKS!

The first thing to try is to start from Outlook, i.e. a. open your Outlook contacts list and make any selections you want b. click Outlook Tools|Mail merge... c. study the options in the dialog box that pops up, then make your choices and proceed That doesn't always solve the problems but if it does, it's usually a much better way to merge from Outlook. If you still get similar problems, perhaps you could follow the recent conversion in this group about a very similar subject (it's titled "Word crashes when I try to mail merge using Outlook recipients"), try the suggestions in there, and post back (preferably whether or not you succeed). 4.Getting around security feature when doing mail merge to Outlook 2
I'm doing a mail merge from Word to Outlook 2003 email. All works fine except that every single message I send (using the data file list of recipients) I have to say "Yes" when told "Another program is attempting to send email using your account. Do you want to allow it." I can only send one message every 5 seconds and have to push yes everytime, which removes the advantages of using mail merge. Is there a soluton to this? Thanks
