In MS Word, why the spelling & grammar check does not detect extra space between words in my computer where as it does in other computer with same OS and Programme i.e. windows XP and Office 2003? - 2. How do I add brackets to multiple words in a WORD document?
How do I add brackets to multiple words in a WORD document? For example, if I have 300 words in a WORD 2000 document & I want to enclose all of them in brackets, how do I do this? - 3. How do I copy Auto Correct from one computer to another?
I was following previous to import/export Auto Correct using Method 1. I clicked on Autocorrect.zip, downloaded, I can open the document and see the instructions. When I click 'start', an error box tells me "the macro cannot be found or has been disabled due to your Macro security settings". The details of the error message said perhaps the macro was deleted from the template or to lower my macro settings to medium for the moment, but I don't know how to do that. Thanks! - 4. Is saving to two places possible?
I would like to be able to save to two places when I select save instead of having to change the save location each time as I need a copy on my PC and on my flash-disk so I can work on it elsewhere. Sometimes I'll save it in one location but forget to save it in the other. I don't think it's possible but if someone could confirm it for me I would be grateful, thanks.
