In the File > Print dialog, click the Properties button next to the printer's name. Look through the properties dialog for a check box or dropdown that mentions "t-shirt" or "transfer" or "mirror image". Each printer (if it can do this trick) does it differently. When adding Word Art to a document, I'm not able to "free rotate" the inserted word art. The "free rotate" in the Draw menu is grayed out.
