FYI. I am a word vba specialist with 10 years of experience in law firms. I wrote the case study for Microsoft Australia on the newsgroups, and frankly Jezebel, you dont fit the requirement. Cant you find another place to play? The solution is a windows server file permissions combination involving a number of different security attributes. You really do not know what you are talking about. There you go. Whats your claim to fame?

I have a 23 page document. The entire document is showing when I do a print preview, but pages 13 - 23 will not print. I tried to cut and paste just those eleven pages to a new document and they still won't print.

Why doesn't a text box print? I can see it in Print Layout View, but, I
can't see it in Print Preview or in Normal View> It doesn't print. I have
Word 2003. It prints OK if I use my other computer that has Word 2007.

1.Why doesn't page layout view match print preview?

In page layout carriage returns and information in some tables can be seen,
but in print preview they are not. i.e. blank cells in the tables and no

Why?

2.Text in text box doesn't print - why?

I open all of my fax documents and there is text in the text box. However,

3.Cannot see text boxes in normal/print layout view

I have large document (400 pages) that I am trying to work with. The content
of the document is in text boxes. When I do a "Print Preview" I can see all
of the text in the text boxes, but when I'm looking at the document itself in
any of the normal editing views (Print Layout, Normal, etc.) the pages are
entirely blank except for the headers and footers.

I opened the same file in Word on my Mac and it looks fine. This only
happens on my Windows (XP) machine.

Can anyone help with this?

5.Pagination: print preview/printed doc doesn't match print layout

I'm having problems with the on-screen pagination in print
layout view/normal view not matching the pagination in
print preview or when the doc is actually printed. It
seemed like it might be related to some "keep with next"
formatting earlier in the doc (I replaced the keep with
next with a hard page break and that seemed to fix it),
but I don't understand why. Has anyone else ever had this
happen? Any suggestions?
