    I was typing in a word document. Finished a page --all of a sudden, I lost the text. The document is still there but no words. HELP!!

I've inserted the hyperlink on the form but when I lock the form, I am unable to click the hyperlink. When the form is not locked, I can click the hyperlink and it works. How can I create a hyperlink on a form that will work when the form is locked? Thank you.

    Hi, Not sure what happened. But I can't view an inserted logo in my document. All I can see is the place holder for it. Although when I print it - it does print the logo?? Thanks

    I have added many medical words to my dictionary as I am a transcriptionist. We are having our computer "cleaned up" and I need to be able to save my dictionary to a disc so I can reload it into the dictionary when it is done. Can this be done? I sure hope so! Thanks!

Just had word reinstalled via disc but signin screen keeps asking for cd key. 
 I have the cd but not yellow sticker with number(lost after 5 years). Any 
help would be appreciated.

How to obtain a new product key for Office program setup

They *will* still help you with a product ID number for Office 2000. I 
called them about a half hour ago and asked them for myself. Of course the 
customer service person on the other end had a difficult time understanding 
the purpose of my call. Plus it was OBVIOUS she was reading from a script. 
(Geez, I hate that!)

Make sure you follow the directions on that page before you call!

Hi
if you reinstalled the application than your product key may still be on 
your windows (registry). One way to then look for it is to use the 
application SIW.exe (which does not install itself, just reads out data). 
Start SIW.exe and use the section Software - secrects and you may just see 
your product key displayed.
