I have two different types of computers in my organization. One with Win XP pro, Office XP pro and second type with Win 98 SE, Office 97 pro. Once users of Win 98, Office 97 create documents, their fonts are not correctly visible on machines with WinXP pro, Word XP pro. I have already tried the following: 1. Copying fonts from win 98 machines to win xp machines 2. Install word 97 in addition to Ms Office XP on these machines. Still have the same problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

in word 2003, I saved a document that someone else formatted. On the last page I input a page break and formated the last page to be landscape. the rest of the document is portrait. I moved the header information to the left a little bit then I started typing on the last page of my document. The header is now moving constantly back and forth and I cannot figure out why or how to fix it. Please help. Thanks Carolyn Sutorius

I have Windows XP. When I am in track changes and I insert a cross-reference, the first time I save, the document is fine. When I close document and open it again, the markings showing inserted text is somehow gone from the cross-reference. What can I do to make it show 100% of the time?

Curious as to the best way to approach a challenge with some project management templates. I need the ability to have multiple entry points -- for fields like document numbers, version numbers and dates, etc. -- updated either automatically or manually updated (guess by selecting entire text of doc and pressing F9). Is the best way to approach this problem: 1) Insert/Field 2) Categories / Links and References 3) Field names / Autotext 4) Autotext name, click the Autotext entry that you want to insert. 5) Finish, select document, press F9 Thanks for any help, Tim

Or, right-click the picture and choose Format Picture - Picture tab, Recolor
(or set the brightness up in the 70% region).

Or, if the picture hasn't yet been inserted... in the Page Layout tab, click
on Watermark - Custom Watermark, then click Picture watermark, Select
Picture.
