I send a Word document as an attachment that recipients are to fill out and return to me. When the recipients return it to me, the subject line reads "September 4, 2002" which is not the subject line on my original message. What is causing that and how do I prevent it?

Hi, I have a protected template with fields for my users, and would like to have tracking changes on for the template. The template is protected for one section and open for users to change in section two - that is where I want tracking changes available. In this protected template, I also have fields in the header. Thank you for your comments.

When I click on ms word to open a blank word document, it opens an previously
saved word file. How can I set the default to open a blank word file? I
have a feeling that I might have overwritten the blank file. I'm using
windows xp. Thanks

Okay, at first I thought I was crazy, but now after multiple occurences I am
sure that MS word is either not saving my revised documents at all or is
saving my documents as i direct, but reverting back to a formerly saved or
autorecovered version. This has happened twice now and is causing my

document a large protion of the supplemented work and revisions are missing
please help me. I save the documents to a flash drive and to the hard drive
