I just updated to Office 2003 from Office 2000. I really like the clip art gallery from office 2000. How do I add that clip art to the Office 2003 clip art without adding each clip individually? -- bblibrary

- 1. documents moved to new computer still reference old template
Documents were moved to a new computer, but they still are referencing a template on the old computer which no longer exists, so OPEN waits until that link reference times out on the network. Changing template locations under options->file locations did not help; evidently that is just for new documents. Is there a utility to update the template links? At this point my only idea is to write a macro that for each document will read to get the name and copy contents to clipboard, close document, create new document and paste from clipboard, and then save with same name. I think the template these documents are based on was a workgroup template, if that matters. That template, as well as the documents, are on the same machine, but now with a different name. - 2. limit formatting to a selection of styles does not work
I have a document that is password protected and with the option "limit formatting to a selection of styles" selected. The document is used by other users in the organization. Somehow, the document is still protected, but i can format the font. If i unprotect and protect the document again, the problem is resolved. My partner wants a book of poems set up such that the First character is a large birckley script 14 pt 12 pt lead, followed by the rest of that line being copperplate light 10 pt 12pt leading All other lines in that para to also be copper plate light 10 pt 12 pt leading. Next para again to start with First charater larger brickley scriptand so on There are 400 poems, can I set up a mixture of fonts in one para style or do I have to set the basic style then plod through every para changing the first Charater one at a time? For me Clip Art Organizer is more of a Disorganizer. I miss using Clip Art Gallery 5.0, and now just purchased and loaded Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003(big-big mistake 2000 Small Business much better). Is there any way I can purchase Clip Art Gallery 5.0 as a Stand-Alone? I'm seriousely considering returning to Microsoft Office 2000, to get away from Clip Org, and miss having more functionality i.e. graphic editing programs like Msdraw, etc. The Thumbnails in Clip Organizer are much smaller and harder to see. Clip art gallery will not open. Get message stating that clip art gallery cannot access clip catalog. Have restarted computer. I am able to log on to the internet and download clips but cannot get them from the clip gallery into my document. Help?
4.Clip gallery user database failed to open when trying to insert clip art
Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I have a teacher that gets the message "Clip gallery user database failed to open" every time she tries to insert clip art in Word or PowerPoint. I have already tried to trash the preferences (and empty the trash) for the clip gallery in the user's library and I have tried repairing her permissions. If logged in as another user, the clip gallery works fine. This is driving me CRAZY and I really need to move on to other support issues. Please help!
5."no clips" displayed in clip art gallery for specific user
Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Hoping some one can help, When logged in as a specific user, when trying to insert clip art, there are listed categories, however there are no clips displayed? There seems to be no issues when other users log in. The specific user account is a generic account that multiple users log in with and occurs on both intel and powerpc machines. If any more information is needed please let me know. cheers
