  • 1. Exportedimage from Print Shop loses quality
I need help in converting Print Shop Pro Publisher 1.5 images to something usable in MS Word letterheads. If I create a .pmo or .biz image in Print Shop, and then print it, all lines and curves are very clean, and it prints very cleanly. However, when I convert the Broderbund .pmo files to .tif, .pcx., .wmf, .png, .jpg, or .bmp, they are created as very small images, which are already very pixilated, in Windows Explorer, Windows Pic Viewer, or in MS Word. When I restore them to their former size, they have bad jaggies, and are diamond-hatched. They then print badly, also. Even if I import the converted image back into Print Shop, they are small and jagged. I can't find any settings in Print Shop for image scaling settings in a converted output file. I would really like to use these images in MS Word templates. Can anyone help? Thanks very much. BobboWhale
  • 2. my drawing on the drawing canvas isn't displaying properly
I drew a diagram on the drawing canvas and saved it. When I reopened the document, the drawing was no where to be seen, and when I clicked on the place where the drawing used to be, a black rectangle (about the size of the drawing canvas I had) became selected. I can't get it to display the picture inside the canvas though. Help! please! This drawing is important! Thanks

Word has mediocre templates, but insufficient.

1.template: song lists for cd sleeves 4.5 by 4.5" (not cd cases)

Hello:
Unfortunately I am going to make this sound more difficult than I should
and I apologize for that fact up-front. I got stuck trying to create a
template in Excel.
I burn many cd's with identical song lists, place them in cd sleeves (not
the larger cases), and mail them. Paper size that fits a sleeve is approx.
4.2" width by 4.5" length --- the four identical lists can fit onto one piece
of regular letter paper with custom margins: currently I have it set up to
print with no header or footer; "0.25" for top and bottom; "0.12" for right
and left. Nothing fancy for borders, pictures, designs, etc.
Note: most of these CD's do not have many songs (avg. is 6 songs per cd):
Ideally I would like a template that:
I can type the title of CD on top [should this be a header?].
Below it would be the list of songs:
Track number (possibly automatically populate?)
Name of song
[Possibly a third column for length of song but not necessary]
I would like a to fit each song on one line instead of it going onto a
second one but sometimes that is not practical
Bottom of list: space for notes if necessary; one or two lines [footer?]
Could a template automatically change the size of the font depending upon
how much space is used?

-- I've tried to write the description multiple times but above is the best
I can do and I apologize for that fact (especially since all I am trying to
get is four boxes -- almost squares -- on one sheet of paper!) Any help with
this will be greatly appreciated, especially by the recipients of the cd's,
since my handwriting is as bad as my communication skills. === Be well, -
Jerri

I have lost my cd case that had my cd label # on it. I am
