2.Saving a multi-page file in a non-visio format for import to WORD
I would like to Save a multi-page file (10 pages of
drawings) in non-visio formats for import to WORD, adobe
illustrator, etc. However, when I go to save as, and
select the relevant format, unless I choose the visio
default, "drawing", as the file type, visio only saves a
converted version of the drawing page that was currenlty
highlighted in the multi-page visio file. I can't find
anyhting on how to convert all ten pages in one fell
swoop, as one file, for import. Does Visio allow this or
does this actually require saving as for every single
page, and then separate importing into WORD, ad nauseam!?

3.Visio shape losing formatting when copying diagram into Word
Whenever I attempt to copy certain Visio shapes (re-formatted to have a
dotted line and re-sized larger) into Word, the dotted line formatting is
lost and Word treats it as a solid line.
For example,
1) open new basic drawing
2) Drag 'square' shape from 'Basic Shapes'
3) Format/Line: set pattern to type '02' (dotted line)
4) Copy shape and paste into Word.
This works correctly without any problem.
However, now re-size the square to about 5 or 6 times it's original default
size and copy back into Word. The line around the square is now shown as a
solid line, rather than dotted as it was in Visio.
In Visio have tried the 'Copy Drawing' and 'Select All/Copy'.
In Word have tried 'Edit/Paste', 'Edit/Paste Special/Microsoft Visio Drawing
Object' and 'Edit/Paste Special/Picture (Enhanced Metafile)' and numerous
combinations of the various Visio copy and Word paste commands but all to no
avail.
In summary, once the shape has been re-sized larger Word treats the dotted
line as if it should be solid.
Any suggestions gratefully received...

4.Losing text formatting when saving as visio 2002 format
Hi,
I'm currently using Visio 2003 Standard SP2. However I always save drawings
in visio 2002 format so that colleagues with that version can open them.
All visio drawings I produce contain a footer that have a text logo in a
font different to standard office fonts.
The problem is whenever I save drawings as version 2002 I lose the text
formatting for the company logo and it reverts to Arial which is not good. If
i save as visio 2003 it is fine.
How can I fix this???
Thanks in advance.
