Word resizes Visio Drawings

I have following MS Word and MS Visio versions on one system. 
MS WORD 2002 (10.6612.6626) SP3
MS Visio Professional 2002 SP-2 (10.0.5110)
On this system when I copy drawings from Visio and then paste them to Word 
document, there is no change in their sizes. It is exactly the same as in 
Visio.

Now, I have other system with MS Word and Visio.
MS WORD 2002 (10.6612.6714) SP3
MS Visio Professional 2002 SP2 (10.0.5110)
On this system, whenever I copy and paste drawings from Visio, they get 
reduced in size. 

This thing has been causing problems for a long time. Note that both systems 
are exactly identical and I have no known changes made to the configuraiton 
of both applications.

Can someone please suggest reasons and solution to this problem??

When I make drawings in Microsoft Visio 2003 and then paste them to same ver 
of MS Word, the drawings get resized. Typically they get smaller. I noticed 
this never happened on 2002 ver of both of them, on my old computer system.

I have two PCs now. On new system, this problem happens but on the other it 
doesn't. I have similar versions of these softwares on both of them.

Can you guide me through this problem??

4.Printing Word-Doc with Visio-drawings

I am trying to print a Word-document with Visio-drawings 
inserted.
The drawing will not be printed completely.
Only Graphical lines and not the text in the Visio-drawing.

I've already struck out in the Visio newsgroup... I'll be posting this in
the Acrobat forum as well.

I have a number of Visio drawings that I've inserted into a Word document,
using Edit>>Copy Drawing in Visio then in Word using Edit>>Paste Special
(selecting Microsoft Visio Drawing Object and Paste Link). When I compile a
PDF using Adobe Acrobat Professional 7, some of the Visio drawings lose
their text (all of it). The text is there in the Word document, just doesn't
come through when I create the PDF<arggh>

Anyone got any ideas or cures??

It was suggested that I convert the Visio drawings to another file format...
I've already done that as a workaround but doing it that way I lose the
linkage and have to repeat the conversion if I need to modify the drawing.
I'd much rather have the image in my Word document be a direct link to the
Visio file so that it's automatically updated when modified.
