  • 5. Recipient Field on Envelopes
Hi, I was hoping someone could help me. When I create envelopes from my Access databases the recipient address ALWAYS comes out on the Left margin. The return address is correctly placed. I end up having to edit each envelope before printing. I don't have to tell you how time consuming that is when a large mailing is being done. Any tips? Thanks

Word XP

Is there a way to re-use partial sheets of labels in my mail merge? I know
using Envelopes and Labels, you can choose which row and column to print a
label from. Can I specify this in the merge process?

The only way to do it is to insert the necessary number of blank records at
the top of the data source.

Hope this helps.
