If you look at your Reviewing Toolbar, to the left you should see a button which says "Show". If you click on this and uncheck the item you don't want to see you should be alright. either that or turn of Track Changes. Teri. I am confused as to how to use the field codes in Word. In Excel, you import the cells from a "data" sheet. Do you do the same in Word? How do you go about creating the "data" sheet for the input? Thanks. - 3. How do I make a simple recipe book with 5x7 pages?
I started to type recipes in Word but when I printed them they come out full page instead of 5x7. The printer is set for 5x7. - 4. Table column totals
I have a table in which I total several columns automatically . However, one column does not total. It makes it's total the same as the column to it's left. Is there a setting where I can make this column total as it should? - 5. changing paragraph width
i've cut n paste a paragraph from outlook 2003 to word and the width of the paragraph is narrower than the right indent indicates. no amount of moving the right indent changes a thing. anyone know how to widen the paragraph short of deleting the space at the end of each line all the way down the paragraph? thx, th'Love,

Hi dwaynej Try Tools > Options. On the View tab, make sure that "Picture Placeholders" is *not* ticked. If that doesn't work, let us know what version of Word you are using, how you are inserting the watermarks or clip art and what error message or other behaviour you see. Hope this helps.
