I need a template for multi-use labels (Avery template 05418) ; is there anything like it in Word - I went to Avery site but it seems like you have to buy it. I only need this for one time.
3. Book fold printing wrong order
When printing a Book Fold a 180 page 2 page per sheet document Win XP Pro. Word should print pages 1 and 180 on one side and 2 and 179 on the other then next sheet 3 and 178 then 4 and 177 etc etc until the center pages print. The only time this has worked for me is a 278 page book that was all text. It seems when I add pictures or paste from another document word refuses to print the book fold properly, it prints 1 & 2 one side then 179 & 180 the other ect ect. How do I force word to prind book fold properly, it has been a very frustrating waste of paper and really a pain when it does it 100 pages into printing.
4. page numbering starts too soon
Hi, I need to begin numbering my word document at the 11th page with the number 1. The first 10 pages are all intro stuff. Please help.
5. removing page breaks
I have "UNWANTED PAGE BREAKS".....I NEED TO KNOW THE PROCEDURE TO REMOVE THEM? DOES THIS INCLUDE HIGH LIGHTING THE PARAGRAPHS WITH UNWANTED PAGE BREAKS............. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP nigel

I can see any text boxes on my screen -- everything looks normal.  However, I 
can't see them in print preview and they don't print, either.

2.Problem Printing Boxes in Labels -- Boxes and Text Don't Print

Here is the problem I have:

iMac G5
Mac OS 10.3.8
Word 2004 version 11.1
HP OfficeJet 6110xi, running print driver 2.7.2

I set up a Word document to print on labels using Data Merge, 6 per
page. Some of the text is enclosed with a border (box) around the
paragraph. It displays fine; when I do a print preview in Word it looks
fine; when I do a print preview in Preview it looks fine; but when I
actually print, all the text in the box (and the box itself)
disappears. Since much less is printing than I want, all six labels
print at the top of the page instead of where they are supposed to be.

I have tried creating a merged document and then printing it. I've also
tried taking the merged document and printing to a pdf file, then
printing that file. Always, it looks fine on screen, but when it
actually prints there is no text or boxes.

Note that I have the Drawing Objects box selected in
Preferences/Print/Include with Document.

What is going on?

What caused a paragraph not to print but appears on print

created a form with check boxes and then with text boxes. On screen the text 
boxes are shaded and look fine. When printed, the text boxes don't appear.
