Hi. I have Word 2002. Been trying to add our club logo to the newsletter envelopes. I can insert the picture from file. Under picture format, layout, I select square. Adjust the return address to wrap around the logo. Looks nice. But when I try to print, no logo! Under picture format, layout, if I select In line with text, the logo prints but the return address doesn't wrap the way I want. What's the point in offering various layout options if they won't print? Any advice is greatly appreciated...Dennis

I sure can't give you any code, but I can tell you that you *aren't* looking for constant - the spacing will vary greatly based on the number & length of footnotes on each page, theoretically with no 2 pages being the same. You may do better posting this in one of the microsoft.public.word.vba.*** groups. -- HTH |:>) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "Nicky" < XXXX@XXXXX.COM > wrote in message news: XXXX@XXXXX.COM ... > Hi > I use macros to position textboxes aligned with the bottom margin on a > page. > But this places the box in the same position on pages with and without > footnotes, so on pages with footnotes the textbox overlays the footnotes. > Is > there a command to set, or a way calculating, the distance from the bottom > margin the box needs to be on pages with footnotes, so I can write this > into > a macro automatically positions it so the bottom of the box is where the > last > line of body text would be? > -- > Nicky

Does it work if you use a borderless table to layout the two addresses?

Make sure you have "Drawing objects" checked on the Print tab of Tools |
Options.

I have already checked "Drawing Objects" in Tools/Options/Print.
