1.Wireless Connection works from one USB connected pc but not the second USB connected pc
I'm using the Linksys Wireless AccessPoint/Router (Wireless-B
802.11b)with Windows XP Home. I was using the Linksys USB Adapters
(802.11b) on a Windows 98SE computer and on a Windows XP Pro computer.
They all connected to the internet fine. I now have two computers
both running Windows XP Pro ... one with a Wireless-G USB adapter and
the other computer with the Wirless-B USB adapter.
The computer using the WIRELESS-G USB adapter works fine and connects
to the internet through the router fine. The second computer, using
the WIRELESS-B USB Adapter, SOMETIMES connects to the router but DOES
NOT connect to the internet. This is the computer with my problem. It
also says there's more than one wireless network present, but when i
go to choose the network to connect to, only one network is present.
I click the box to connect to that network and it still DOES NOT
connect.
Can anyone help me get the second computer to stay ONLINE ...
Thanks,
Luann

3.Adsl can't connect, LAN is OK, other pc in the net can connect ads
PC (winXp Sp2) could connect to adsl thru hub, modem and floating ip.
However, it can't connect to adsl now!
Lan is OK, can connect to other PC on the net, and other PC can connect to
adsl!
Try add new connection wizard > connect to internet > manual set my
connection:
the two of the three options: PPPoE and dialup modem options are gray out,
only the fix line connection option can be chosed.
How to connect to adsl using PPPoE with that PPPoE option gray out?
Thanks for your help!

5.Home Networking Problem: Wired pc rarely connects, wireless laptop connects
Hello all,
I have Home Networking set up through EarthLink (ADSL). My desktop pc
is brand new, running Win XP Pro; wireless notebook computer running
the same. DSL modem is by Zyxel, wireless router is a Linksys WRT54G.
The problem is, for about the past 2 weeks I usually cannot connect to
the Internet using the desktop pc; however I can always connect via the
wireless laptop. It's very puzzling because I have not changed any
settings on the pc. I've double-and-triple checked all the physical
connections from phone jack to pc to router & modem, etc. My network
card is supposedly fine. We did have a power outage a few weeks ago but
I have gotten the pc to connect a few times since power was restored.
It's just not consistent at all. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
Thanks in advance!
