I have MS Office Professional 2007 Trial version installed on my computer, and now that it has expired, I want to remove it but it won't let me. When I try to uninstall it via the control panel, it just doesn't do anything when I click the uninstall button. It does the same thing when I click the change button. It seems that this is also not allowing me to install MS Works which came with my computer in the first place, and now I have no functional word processing software. Help please...

After 3 years of flawless performance, now when I try to access information on a CD or burn files onto one, the drive opens itself and I get a message telling me to insert a CD into the drive. (It's part of my laptop). I've tried opening it, reinserting a CD, closing it, and trying again, but I keep getting the same message. Any ideas? -- inanna
  • 4. Office Professional 2007 to PDF
We have just installed Office Professional 2007 on some of our systems but are having trouble with the quality of PDF. This was not a problem with 2003 and Adobe. The problem is specifically with charts and tables pasted into Word from Excel or other programs. The only way around this so far is by bolding the text in charts and tables but with large reports this is not a good idea. I have tried formatting (brightness & contrast) but that has not worked. How can I improve the quality.

I would like to have a text in one part of a word document copied or transferred to another part of that same document without me having to do more steps (for example, right now I am just copying and pasteing the same verbage). Tools on the Web Answer Wizard Extension gives incorrect web page

Postby RXJpYw » Tue, 22 Jun 2004 04:13:01 GMT

I downloaded the "Tools on the Web Answer Wizard Extension" Office 2000 add-in. However it only added help topic items that all seem to have incorrect web page addresses. For example, if I select the following help topic in Outlook: "WEB: Send and Receive E-mail", Microsoft Outlook Help tries to display the page at " http://www.**--****.com/ ", which does not exist. I can't figure out how to translate this into any web page that actually does exist. I haven't found any web based help topics that actually work yet.

Thanks in advance for any help.

3.Saving Excel 2010 files as web page or single file web page

I don't seem to be able to save Excel 2010 files as web or single file web
pages. A dialogue box with the following appears:

"Book1.xlsx may contain features that are not compatible with Web (or Single
file) Page. Do you want to keep the workbook in this format?

To keep this format, which leaves out any incompatible features, click Yes.

To preserve the features, click No. Then save a copy in the latest Excel
format.

To see what might be lost, click Help."

Using Excel 2000 and 2003 I can save Excel files as web pages then upload to
my website. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

5.inserting web component and web tools

Hi. I was creating a new web page in word 2003. I noticed 2 errors.
1. Under insert, my "web component" is grayed out and I don't know how to
activitate it.

2. Using the webtools toolbar, I clicked on "scrolling text" and I get the
following error message: "This object was created in MARQUEE. This

is properly installed and that it has not been deleted, moved or renamed."

I do not have FrontPage 2003 installed. Hopefully someone can help me out.
