Tools on the Web Answer Wizard Extension gives incorrect web page

I downloaded the "Tools on the Web Answer Wizard Extension" Office 2000 add-in. However it only added help topic items that all seem to have incorrect web page addresses. For example, if I select the following help topic in Outlook: "WEB: Send and Receive E-mail", Microsoft Outlook Help tries to display the page at " http://www.**--****.com/ ", which does not exist. I can't figure out how to translate this into any web page that actually does exist. I haven't found any web based help topics that actually work yet.
Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't seem to be able to save Excel 2010 files as web or single file web

"Book1.xlsx may contain features that are not compatible with Web (or Single

To keep this format, which leaves out any incompatible features, click Yes.
To preserve the features, click No. Then save a copy in the latest Excel

To see what might be lost, click Help."

5.inserting web component and web tools
Hi. I was creating a new web page in word 2003. I noticed 2 errors.
1. Under insert, my "web component" is grayed out and I don't know how to
activitate it.
2. Using the webtools toolbar, I clicked on "scrolling text" and I get the
following error message: "This object was created in MARQUEE. This
application is not available to open the object. Make sure the application
is properly installed and that it has not been deleted, moved or renamed."
I do not have FrontPage 2003 installed. Hopefully someone can help me out.
