1. opening power point presentation made on pc in mac
I have a lot of problems opening power point presentation 2003 made on pc in mac os 10 2004. please advice
2. How can I download the Office Assistant Albert Einstein?
Of all Office Assistants I like Albert Einstein best. But he didn't come with my new version Office 2003. So I want to download him. But I don't seem to find him, not on my computer, nor on the microsoft website. Who can help me out? Thanks.
3. Excel/word hangs
When you open an excel doc and save it any where, it hangs up. Event ID 1002 - Hanging application excel.exe. file name: faultrep.dll. It's doing the same thing with Word, it hangs up when you save it. Thanks for any help. Alext
4. Office 2003 apps autozooming to max (500%) & can't turn off
Co-worker's PC is autozooming any document, even new ones, to the maximum zoom percentage in Word, Excel, & PP. Changing the percentage in the toolbar causes the display to shrink, but it grows back immediately to the maximum zoom size. Closing the apps & shutting down hasn't worked. Virus definitions were updated to most current and a scan run -- no viruses detected. Also looked at accessibility parameters in Control panel -- none set. Any suggestions?

When I attempt to insert a picture from clip art it only comes back with a 
very small number of images even though I know there are many more there.  
What can I do to see all images that are in the clip art folder when I do a 
search.

Very few clip art items are available in the results box of the Clip Art 
task pane in Office 2003 or in Office XP
