I installed Norton Internet Security recently and the Spam protection on it does not seem to work. Can the Spam blocking in Microsoft Office Outlook and Norton have a conflict? Thanks, Mike.

Accounting 2009 express Vat BUG

Upgrading from 2008 express to 2009 express I find that vat is not 
calculating correctly

If i revert to 17.5% it is fine but 15% calculates at 14.25% I need to 
communicate with MS , this is not a support issue it is a bug!

Your doing something wrong, it works fine

thanks I will try the proper group

not doing anything differently as far as I can see, purchase invoices s=15% 
OK sales invoices s=14.25% Not

Hi, I had to install a new OS on my machine that houses my office acct file. 
Both the new OS and old OS are/were running express 09. I backed up the file 
before installing my new OS and then restored the file after.

It all seemed to work, but when I try to open the restored company file I 
get a message like 'file was created with a later version than the one 
installed. upgrade before opening this file'

4.restore problem accounting express 2009

I have been working on a set of club accounts for 6 months did backups.  Had 
to rebuild my machine now get erro trying to restore accounts.  Message is 
:\users\Nigel\appdata\local\temp\4qplraop.4lc is incorrectly formed sql 
server cannot process this media family.  restore headeronly is terminating 
abnormally.
How do i avoid inoutting 6 months data all over again?
