can't paste file name into dialog box when doing save as

In earlier Office products it was possible to cut and paste by mouse a file 
name into the dialog box when doing a save as. In Office 2003, the right 
mouse button won't work in that dialog box, although you can paste in the 
file name with control V. Is it a software bug that has disabled right click 
in the dialog box? In any event, it was convenient to be able to use a 
mouse-controlled cut and paste for inserting a file name. That functionality 
should be restored.

With every new version Microsoft finds ways to mess things up. This is one 
example of their oversights. But since it can easily be overcome with the use 
of the keyboard Microsoft feels no need to make any repairs. It was stupid, 
and they knew it. But they must rush to market.
Microsoft has outgrown its need for the users input.
