You can read it with a "decryption" program but you can't replace it. Don't worry about it. Just use the "new" one for future installs. what is best to use as a live document to share among a workgroup

Postby UHJpbW9jaGVlc2VtYW4 » Sat, 15 Sep 2007 06:08:03 GMT

I want a daily document that I can have preset topics (bullet points) that
can be live on different terminals within a work group at the same time.

It would be great to be able to summarize or collect the topics by shift and
by day in a data base that can later be searched.

Any suggestions???

make it like a blog or
a newletter and post is
as a webpage, you can
use word, publisher or
frontpage or a combination
of all of them.

you will likely have to improve
upon the art of journalism and
html as well.

afterwards you can send the
link as a grouped email or
post the url on each desktop, etc..

your server master should be
able to assit you as well.

2.Sharing the contact list in Outlook among the workgroup

We are trying to determine if Win 2003 and Exchange will
allow us to permit all users in this small network to
completely share the contact list or will MS Outlook do
it as well?

3.what is the best way to share emails among team members

We are in a tech support situation, and need to share emails between team
members. If we create PSTs, then only one team member can have them open at
the same time. Just wondering what the best way is to share them, does
anyone know? I would be interested in any solution, even Sharepoint, or
other suggestions.

Thanks

4.Using shared file among multiple users

How do I stop users from open a shared file that is already open? In the
2003 version, office would not let you open a shared file if another user was
currently using the file. In 2007, Office will let you open the file as a
read only.
