I AM TRYING TO INSTALL THE UPDATES FOR MY NEW PROGRAM AND WHEN I SELECT "AGREE AND INSTALL", NOTHING HAPPENS. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? WHY AM I NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE UPDATES?

Firstly please do NOT post all in caps as it is considered the usenet equivalent of SHOUTING and some people also think it rude. Secondly, what version of Office are you trying to download updates for?

2.when I click the' agree and install' button nothing happens
wanting to install several updates for office XP I went to the download site which told me I required 10. When I pressed the agree and install button nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?
