Office XP has been installed with all updates for some time now. However recently there is this error message popping up at start up. I haven't seen a problem yet except for the message itself, although when checking the application log files there have been errors with MSMQMAPI quite often. Any suggestions?

1.I can send email but cannot receive email in Outlook 2003

This is the message I getting:

....... Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the
server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: +OK
31209 octets follow.'

I have tried disabling Norton Virus Protection and my firewall. Nothing
changes. i still keep getting this message. Please help.

2.Can receive Outlook 2003 Emails - BUT CANNOT SEND EMAILS

My ISP is Comcast and I have a new PC with Vista. Outlook 2003 used to work
fine (on my old PC), but now it can receive emails but will not send. I also
use McAfee Security Center.

When I try to send emails I get the following error messages:

1. Send test email message: The specified server was found, but there was no
response from the server. Please verify that the port and SSL information is
correct. To access those settings close the dialog, then click More Settings
and click on the Advanced tab.

2. Find outgoing mail server (SMTP): Outlook could not connect to the
outgoing mail server (SMPT). The problem could be the server name or port, or
your server may not support SSL. Verify your port and SSL settings in More
Settings under the Advanced tab.

I've tried changing several of the settings, but nothing I do seems to work.
Someone way smarter than me is needed here! Thanks to anyone who can help me
out!

3.I can send email but cannot receive email in Outlook 2003

When I attempt to receive, it prompts me to enter my password for the SMTP
server. I enter the correct information and I receive:

"Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your
login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under
Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR Invalid password or
username"

4.Cannot send email in Outlook 2003 using Word 2003 as editor

When I try to send an email in Outlook 2003 using Word 2003 as the editor, I
can compose the message, but when I try to send it, I get an error message
saying, "No such interface supported".

If I try to send an email directly from MS Word 2003, when I press the send
button, I get an error saying, "Unspecified Error".

Does anyone know of a possible solution to this problem? I have already
tried the "Detect and Repair" as well as completely unintalling Office 2003
Professional from my computer. Neither of these corrected the problem.

Thanks!

5.Outlook 2003 cannot receive emails

I've been using Outlook 2003 w/ my Cox email account successfully for several
years. However, since Saturday I have not been able to receive email in
Outlook. I can send email, but cannot receive it. I checked my Cox email
online and the account is receiving email but it is not coming through on
Outlook. I called Cox and they told me they don't support this problem.

The error message I'm getting in Outlook is: Task 'pop.west.cox.net -
Receiving' reported error (0X80042108). Unable to connect to your incoming
(POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message contact your
server administrator or ISP." Cox says it isn't them but Outlook is sending
just fine - it can't receive.

Any thoughts?
