windows explorer stopped presenting itself whilst I was on office 97 professional. I sought to de-install and re- install. I re-installed office 97 small business but still windows explorer folder and file hierarchy does not present. all I get is a duplicate browser of My Docs. I have followed all the instructions in Help about clicking on settings and going through control panel for windows explorer and going through start, accessories, etc. Whichever route I take the only browser coming up in My Docs. Factory faults also fail to bring Windows Explorer into view. I believe I need to go deep into the system. What is there is the system to bring windows explorer back into operation. End, Tony Rome.

I'm having users in a office when they copy text from Word and paste it into Outlook in a HTML message, they receive the following error: Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page.... This seems to happen when coping "smart tags" in Word. We are running Office XP. Any suggestions?

Hi! I use Office XP Professional on Windows XP Professional. After an update of Office I use to get the following error when opening Outlook: "C++ runtime error. C:/Outlook-Path Abnormal program termination." When starting Outlook a second time things work fine. Check and Repair or reinstallation does not help. Does anyone have a solution on that problem? In PowerPoint 2003, when opening a file (clicking file>open) the pen
window defaults to the List view. Can the etailsview be saved as the
default?

3.file open/views/details set details as default in VISTA

I am having an annoying problem (upon file open or save /view ... I CAN'T GET
TO SEE the precious "date modified" under VIEW DETAILS, even if I select it
each time -- I only get the NAME Column under VISTA and Office 2003)

Is this a known problem under VISTA and office2003 ??
