1. problem receiving e mails. Says received 9 only 7 appear in box
I am having problems receiving e mails in Outlook 2000. Message says receiving 9 but only 7 appear in box. Can anyone help me? Do I need to change any settings? I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling but this has not helped

3. How can I open a timeworks (dtp) file
I have a text document which has been sent to me it is in .DTP format (Timeworks publisher v3) and i cannot seem to open the document in word or publisher... Hoping that someone can help me or point me in the direction of a plugin or filter to assist. Many thanks for your help
4. Why did my Office applications disappear from my computer?
I wanted to start up Outlook tonight, and it was gone. So are Excel, Word, etc. The shortcuts are there but my system says invalid shortcut. My computer is password protected and no one was here, it worked a few days ago (last time I used them) and I did not uninstall them. This happen to anyone before? How do I recover my outlook email files?
5. BCM database recovery
My hard drive crashed recently and had the data recovered by a recovery service. I can not get Outlook to recognize the BCM database. I do not have a backup of the DB but the actual DB files themselves (mdf & ldf). Does anyone know of a way to get Outlook to recognize this database? All of my contact info, history, and tasks are in there and I can't get to it. Please help. -- ** MR **

I am using a HP Laptop with wireless networking. When i go to Office 2007 and 
click on "Print" and then "Find a Printer", it pops up with a message saying 
"The active directory domain services is currently unavailible." Can anyone 
help me because i have been trying to print a document at my school but this 
keeps stopping me. Please help!!

I am using Windows 7 on a brand new Sony Vaio laptop.  I am trying to print 
with my Dell V305 bluetooth enabled printer.  Bought bluetooth "adapter" 
which plugs into USB port since laptop was not bluetooth enabled.  When I 
click on "Find Printer" it gives me an error message saying, "Active 
Directory Domain Services Unavailable".  I'm not sure what this means or what 
to do about it.  All I really want to do is find the printer.  Can someone

5.SQL Active Directory Helper Service

I downloaded the BCMV2 Update and tried installing it. While installation I 
got a message "An error occured while removing SQL Active Directory Helper 
Service".
and rolls back all actions. 
Now I find I cannot unistall my BCM and the same doesnt load too, saying 
cannot connect to database engine.
I am going crazy trying to figure out waht to do. Please help.
