Just heard about mOcean 3. The Website says it supports only Treos. Has anyone tried it on TX?
  • 4. Palm Future & Dox to Go v9
Hi Guys... Please excuse me if this has been posted before, but don't recall seeing it... Have had a problem opening native pdf files in Dox to Go 9 and when talking to Dataviz support was informed that this was likely due to insufficient 'head room' (equivalent to system RAM) on the Tungsten E that I was using. They had no problem opening the file on the Treo700p. This was not a large file, either (770k). I asked what was the optimum Palm for their software, and they informed me that the most headroom was found in the Treo700p or the Treo680. I had been considering upgrading to a Palm TX, but was informed that that did not have much more headroom than the Tungsten E. In response to my surprise, I was informed that Palm appears to be focusing on the integrated cellphone/PDA market and letting their PDA market slide. This might be supported by the temporarily out-of-stock situation for the LifeDrive. Would welcome any comments as I am wedded to PalmOS for alot of reasons! Thanks and Cheers Tom
  • 5. UK Networks Offering 680s
Hello, I've been trying to find UK mobile phone networks who will provide a Treo 680 with a contract. So far I have only found the 750v, but I specifically want the Palm software. Does anyone know of a provider who is offering this? Or should I go through a third party? Thanks, S.

My T2 won't turn on!

On around 10% free battery, the T2 told me that the battery was extreme
low, and it turned itself off. Exactly two days later I placed it in the
charger. The green light turned on, and I thought everything was ok.
However, when I tried to turn it on the next morning, it wouldn't, even
when it was in it's craddle! I've tried the powerbutton, the application
buttons, reset, nothing works! It's completeley dead! Can anyone explain
what happened, and what to do?

Seems to be a repair-issue... Luckily, the Palm support seems to be very
professional so far!
