Can I have powerpoint present slides in a random order?

So I've got a slide...center of the slide is a house with people in it, outside the house are little bubbles containing text (approx. 15). I want to have the person move out of the house and then "visit" each of the bubbles, pausing for about 1-2 seconds at each bubble before returning to the house. I can (have) created a freeform path that visits each of the bubbles but can't figure out a way to create multiple stops along the path. Any ideas??? Thanks!

It sounds as though you have an Addin installed - I'd guess it's related to
OmniPage software from ScanSoft? Have you contacted them about the problem?

If you don't use the software, you could try removing it - in some cases you
can remove addins by choosing Tools, Addins. Pick the addin you want to remove
and click Remove.

But it's best to consult the add-in vendor before doing this, if at all
possible.

Postby Bobbie » Mon, 19 Jul 2004 09:43:06 GMT

How do I stop the annoying "omni page" button from
appearing on the tool bar every time I open a PowerPoint,
be it A new or AN exsiting one...after awhile I have to
go to "customize" and remove the 10 or 15 OmniPage
buttons....but they come back with ever PowerPoint
opened..frustrating and cluttery on the tool bar!!!!

5.mouse roll over pop-ups for PPXP

I guess I am confused. I received Ms. Coleman's #16
answer which I assume is the same for XP. It does not
seem to be working or I am not doing something
correctly. I have Slide #4 filled with four boxes
randomly placed on the slide with each box having a text
box which says, Part I, Part II, Part III, and Part IV.
I right click the first textbox, go to hyperlink and
click on bookmark button. I select slide #4 and say OK,
then I click on screen tip button and type in my first
topic (Selecting Backgrounds/Templates/Graphics). I did
this for all four boxes and added in my remaining three
topics. When I run in slide show mode and put my mouse
over Part I, nothing appears. Please tell me what I am
doing incorrectly. Thank you
