Hello, I am getting an error in the event log that "SahrePointPS Search " cannot start because "A memeber could not be added to or removed from the localgroup because the local memberdoes not exist. " This happend after i abort an installation of FTP server thorugh the add/remove components of 'Windows 2003 Adcanced server'. Afterwards this porblem happend. I have created some local user with complete administrative rights to start the service, even after this, it didn't start. Ho can i fix this problem? Aaabs

Hi, I want to add a web part from a doc lib or link list created in the Mysite site but the web parts of these structures after created don't show as part of any web part gallery. In the portal, if I create a doc lib, I imediately have it available as a web part in the portal web part gallery. Any solution for this? I can create a data view part and include it there editing the .aspx page or using FrontPage. Is this because there different ids for the lists for each user and the web part gallery control is not able to list it this way? Another issue: I want to edit the private view of the mysite template for all users and want to delete some web parts and add others. For the adding part, I can use either FrontPage or include them directly in the default.aspx page. But for deleting the web parts, is there any way to do it without using FrontPage? Thanks Miguel

Hello all,
what could be a reason that SharePointPS Search service doesn't want to
start ("didn't respond in timely fashion") on the machine with installed SPS
2003?
It is probably a reason that the backup cannot be completed as it retrieves
an error during the Index part of the backup.
Could the problem with the service be solved?
