5.How do you apply hotfix to Visio 2007 SMS Package

We have SMS 2003 and recently crated an SMS package to install Visio
Professional 2007 using the command line
setup.exe /config custom_Au.xml /adminfile osmvisio2007prov2.MSP. After
installing and testing the application, a window message pops up indicating
we need to install a component which ends up being
"WindowsXP-KB915865-v11-x86-ENU.exe" file. So my question is what is the best
method to apply this patch so when the user opens Visio 2007, they are
patched with the latest. Our custom_Au.xml file has the SetupUpdates
parameter. The Visio 2007 service pack 1 file is located there and
automatically applies it. The WindowsXP-KB915865-v11-x86-ENU.exe is also
located in the updates folder. In the .msp file under "Add installations and
run programs, I specified this file to run after installation with the
arguments /quiet /norestart. The SMS package runs with this setup, however
does not apply the Hotfix.

Current folder structure:
Visio2k7 (root folder)
  Admin
  Catalog
  Office64.en-us
  Office.en-us
  Proofing.en-us
  Rosebud.en-us
  Visio.en-us
  VisPro.WW

Thanks in advance for any help given.
