As Visio 2003 no longer snaps the ADIC templates to handles, can I ask if any progress has been made on this? I have be careful upgrading to 2003 until this problem is fixed. Currently it is a very slow process to draw diagrams as all items must be placed by hand! Does Anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this?

Instead of green background for stencils and light blue for page background (default colours) my back ground stencil and page colour is entirely black. This makes Visio unuseable. I had this issue once before and had to change something in the register. The solution worked perfectly for years but a recent virus incident has forced a complete PC rebuild which has led to this issue arising again. I have Win XP previously Win 2000 Pro. Any ideas on how to resolve this. -- Christopher

Hello Karen,

When you say 'copy', you mean to another Visio document? You can just
select the shapes you're after and click Edit / Copy (or Ctrl + C) and then
paste (Ctrl + V) them into a new document or another page.

Let me know if that helps

Best regards
