Hi,
I have installed CE .NET 4.2 Platform Builder many times from many
different sources but I'am having the same problem. As I try to create a new
Platform, I receive the following messages:
"Unabled to locate any installed processors. Please reinstall Platform
Builder."
"Missing or corrupt platform Wizard file (ceplatwz.pbx)."
Please, could someone give me some help.

Hi, I'm developing I2C driver for PXA255 platform. I need to support master and slave modes. The master is straightforward, i just use Writefile and Readfile to write /read to/from the device. Its how to do the slave part i need some advice. If data just arrives at the PXA255 I2c from say another CPU, unit should i use an event notification to my app to tell it there is data. Maybe a read and write event depending if it is a slave receive interrupt or slave transmit. But then my app doesn't know how much data there is waiting for it. I want to make the I2C driver as generic as possible so don't want it too tightly coupled to the app. How would one in general handle slave I2C in a driver. TIA

Hello, I recently uninstalled and reinstalled CE .net 4.2 platform builder. When I tried to create a new platform, I got this error message "Unable to locate any installed processors. Please reinstall Platform Builder" and followed by another one "Missing or corrupt Platform Wizard file (ceplatwz.pbx). Unable to continue with the Platform Wizard. Please reinstall." I did uninstall and reinstall many times, cleaned up the reigstry, deleted left over files after the uninstallations, but still having this problem. Please help! Thank You!

Hi All, I am migrating Windows CE.NET 4.2 to CE 5.0 on OMAP1510 platform. The BSP is working fine with CE.NET 4.2. The same BSP we built it in CE 5.0 and downloaded into target device but image is not getting displayed. We debugged it and found that CE Core schedulerInit is failing, means that MDCreateThread is executing but after that no response. MDCreateThread(pCurThread, pStack, pCurProc->e32.e32_stackmax, (LPVOID)SystemStartupFunc, 0, TH_KMODE, 0); RETAILMSG(1,(L"Sched: MDCreateThread is done\r\n")); //removable what could be the problem? I just got a new copy of CE.NET 120 Day evaluation software. I register it follow instructions, and get the reg cod from microsoft. After that I install it on my win2000 machine, with emulator adn x86 platform selected. But when I try to create new prject It tell me that: Unable to locate any installed processor, please reinstall platform builder. any one know what's wrong I have done?
