Hi, You must have a printer installed to have this feature enabled. Without any printer installed on your computer you cannot preview anything. -- Regards M. Rajesh www.winxpsolution.com. MeraWindows XXXX@XXXXX.COM

2.Access 2003 Tab Control Print or Print Preview Memory Leak
Hi When running the built in Print or Print Preview menu commands on a form with an embedded tab control that has many fields on several tab pages, Print or Print Preview will appear to hang the machine and while running consumes vast amounts of memory. I can reproduce this with a simple mdb that only has an unbound form. The memory allocated to MSAccess would normally be around 15-20Mb, however during print preview on this Tab embedded form the memory allocated rises upto 256+MB. I have had to work around this withTab control "Display when" property set to "Screen only" and using copies of the tab control's fields on the main form with "Display when" property set to "Print only" and copying the fields' data on the form_current and tabcontrol_change events. Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Thanks Madhouse.
3.Can't design/preview/print reports in Access 2003 and it's not
Have you tried changing the default printer? Maybe Access in this installaion just does not like that print driver. Rosco "Samuel R. 4.Print page setup, print, preview does not work on Internet Explorer 7 and outlook 2003
Problem; Two PC at the same time running MacAfee security would not allow internet access and MacAfee could not run the Virus program . By manual removing MacAfee the PC's were able to get internet access again. But all HTML document can't be printed from outlook or IE7. All print function in a html (page setup, print, preview) cause the application to hang. No window comes up. No other error. All other program file type print (word, excel, pictures, pdf) It was also noted that in explorer when Search is selected none of the information in the left hand side is displayed. Another event that happens now at boot to follow this problem is MSFWHLPR "Driver detected an internal error in its data structures for" Action taken; Reinstall windows SP2, ran office 2003 repair, reinstall updates and removed and replaced IE7 Thank you in advance for your advice on how to attack this problem. 5.Print Preview --> Print MSAccess 2003
I am doing calculations and running totals and populating unbound controls. Should these calcs be in On Format or On Print? The symptom I am getting is that navigating through the Print Preview is OK (totals are explicitly set to 0 in Report Header), but if I then use Print, the calcs are firing again, for each time I press print. The incorrect result is Only on the printed version, the screen version rermains correct.
