  • 2. XP RECYCLER Folder
    There is a folder in my C drive called recycler, not recycle. It has over 1Gb. Is it fine to delete the contents of the folder? I can't see the files
  • 3. program window stuck top left of screen
    Everything was fine but then on re-boot pinnacle studio moved to top left of monitor screen. The top is cut off at top so I cannot reposition it to use it or move it. HELP ... please
  • 4. PAGE FAULT IN UNPAGED AREA after sp2
    Windows started nagging me to install updates today, turns out to be sp2 so i did so and it did a whole big thing analyzing and what not and asks me to restart So i restart pc and boots to the welcome screen then crashes with this error PAGE FAULT IN UNPAGED AREA same when i reboot into safe mode. Help me please urgently!

    Question: If I have Windows XP set for auto update (download and install) for the default 3:00 a.m.. But my PC is usually powered off at this time. When my PC is powered off during the scheduled update time have I "disabled" the auto update feature? Thank-you

Hello,

I have Windows XP, and I came across a problem of none of my passwords
saving in OE - forms and passwords and such in IE don't save either - and
other issues, but I hope this is enough info.

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks :)

First, make sure that "Protected Storage" service is running. Click Start /
Run / Services.msc
If it is already ON, try this:

Your Outlook Express Password Is Not Retained in Windows 2000 or XP
