Hi, I cant move the quick launch tool bar outside my task bar. I'm running XP professional. Can anyone help me? Any body else also facing the same problem? Thanks in advance, Nithi.

Hello: The problem is with Microsoft Outlook Express. The version is 6.00.2800.1123. I have a Pentium 4 1.9GHZ with 256k of RAM. The problem occurs when creating or replying to an email. When typing in text for example: "Microsoft Outlook Express is extremely slow when deleting text. Using the delete key to delete text is ultra slow". Now if I want to delete the second sentence, I place the cursor in front of "Now" and press delete. Normally the text would be deleted at a rapid rate. Not in my case, you need to press delete, one character is deleted, then you press delete again and a second character is deleted. If you hold the delete key down the text is not rapidly deleted. It is ultra slow. I have noticed that if you leave the email open that you are working on and exit out of Microsoft Express, the delete process works properly. I downloaded the last update from Microsoft, now I can't view my Documents. When I double click in "My Documents" icon or Windows Explorer icon nothing happen (everything dissapear and shows up again). what can I do to solve this? Also I try to reinstall my Win XP and now my product key is invalid. Please help... - 5. Help !
I currently visited some website and found out that the website left some shortcut icon on my destop.Maybe it is automaticly downloaded without my knoweldge.I had try to delete the icon but ever time i delete the icon and restart my window,it appear back again.Does i have any ways to delete it ?

My Task Bar is not locked. I can see the vertical bar before the quick launch bar. and I can click on it and drag it anywhere inside the Task Bar but not outside it. -- Regards!

What changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't? Upon windows starting, quick launch is always absent from taskbar. Easily turned on and remains on until reboot is comleted once again. Every time windows starts quick launch is off! Right click taskbar>toolbars>check quick launch remains on until reboot! Help

Hi, I used to have a quick launch bar loaded with icons on the right screen edge of my laptop (Thinkpad 600E, Win 2000 SP4 German) and a second smaller one in the taskbar. . After some rearranging I can't fully remember, that included removing the icons from the smaller bar and removing the smaller bar completely, the large bar had disappeared. After reactvating it, it is now stuck in the task bar. I can still resize it and move it to the left or to the right of the minimized programs in the task bar, but I can't move it *out* of the task bar (e.g. to the scren edges). When grabbing it and moving the cursor, it seems to indicate the movement, but when the mouse button is released, nothing happens. Does anyone have an idea what causes such an error? Thanks for help.
